General Session Information 

 

Consultation Visit: $75.00

Approximate Length of Time: 1.5 hours

* No Hypnosis Transformation Work

 

Hypnosis Transformation Work Session: $125.00 per session

Approximate Length of Time: 2 hours

 

Payment is due after each session by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, personal check or cash.  Unfortunately health insurance does not cover hypnosis at this time. For diagnosed mental, emotional or physical illness, disorder or disease, I will give you a Referral Form for your medical doctor to approve, sign and fax back to me, before we begin the hypnosis transformation work. If you would prefer, I can fax your doctor a Referral Form.  

 

An average of 2 to 4 hypnosis transformation sessions can comfortably resolve an emotional or behavioral challenge. For more involved challenges, the number of sessions may extend beyond 4 sessions. This we can determine as we progress in your healing needs.

Consultation Visit

The Consultation Visit gives you plenty of time to discuss your healing needs, concerns and goals, learn how the process of hypnosis can help you and have your questions properly answered. The entire visit is approximately 1.5 hours long, and allows you to grow comfortable and secure in the work we will do together. We will then schedule your first Hypnosis Transformation Work Session.

 

 

Session appointments are from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Monday thru Saturday. Sundays are open for out of town clients and special needs. Feel free to call me anytime, day or evening. If you get my voice service, please give me a time I can call you back.

 

Specific Issues

 

 

Self Hypnosis

2-Part Session Cost:  $150.00

For Self Hypnosis, I offer a 2-Part Session. The first part is about 1.5 to 2 hours long. First you’ll learn how self hypnosis can help you to meet your goal, and then you'll begin conditioning your mind to move into self hypnosis, as well as practice moving into self hypnosis. We will schedule the second part of your session 5 to 7 days later. You will then learn how to give yourself suggestions to create the changes you desire for yourself. If you are interested I will also teach you Waking Trance. This second part is about 1 hour long, allowing extra time if choosing to also learn Waking Trance.

 

 

Tobacco Cessation

For Tobacco Cessation, I offer an average of 2 to 4 sessions. Your first session includes a brief review of your tobacco using history, an explanation of how hypnosis can help you to eliminate tobacco, as well as hypnosis transformational work. We will begin by having you take a good look at your tobacco habit, change your perspective and come from a point of power. Your second session is to uncover those thoughts and feelings you hold causing you to use tobacco, and then resolve and eliminate them completely. Further sessions are to reinforce the healthy emotional and behavior changes of living tobacco free, and to make it permanent for you. 

Note: Unlike all other initial visits, for Tobacco Cessation I offer hypnosis transformation work in the first visit. This causes the first visit to be a minimal of 2.5 hours. Depending on your time, you can break the first visit into 2 parts, but there is no extra cost involved.  That means the hypnosis transformational work can be scheduled for the next day or as soon as possible.

 

 

Weight Management

For Weight Management, I offer an average of 5 to 7 sessions. This includes finding resolution for emotional eating as well as establishing healthy eating patterns and routine exercise. Generally, we will do 3 to 4 hypnosis healing sessions to resolve and release perceptions and emotions causing you to have weight difficulties. For complex and more involved issues, the number of sessions may extend beyond 4 sessions. This we can determine as we progress in your healing needs. Then as needed, we will do another 2 to 3 sessions for healthier eating patterns, portions sizes and exercise needs. Sessions are best 3 to 7 days apart until we get to the behavior modification sessions that can be 1 to 2 weeks apart.

 

 

Sports Excellence

Three Hypnosis Sessions Package:  $325.00

For Sports Excellence, I offer a Three Hypnosis Sessions Package geared to powerfully seal in superb performance and maintain a consistent winning edge in your sport. Extended sessions are offered for deeper emotional healing needs.

 

 

Emotional Freedom Technique

Session Cost:  $100.00

In this session you will learn and practice the method of Emotional Freedom Technique to overcome challenges.

 

 

Telephone and Skype Internet Sessions

Session Cost:  $125.00

Telephone and Skype Internet Sessions are offered as reinforcement sessions for those living out of town. You will need to have a headset with a microphone attachment for audio clarity and comfort while in hypnosis.

Past Life Regression
