Session Descriptions
Consultation Visit
The Consultation Visit is very important, as it sets the foundation for all your hypnosis sessions. It gives you a clear understanding that the session work is not about managing but for you to regain complete healing. You will have plenty of time to discuss your healing needs, concerns and goals, as well as learn how the process of hypnosis can help you overcome your issues.
The entire visit is at minimal 1.5 hours. However, depending on the complexity of your issue, the visit can be up to 2 hours. The goal is for you to grow comfortable, secure and ready for the work we will do together. We will then schedule your first Hypnosis Transformation Session.
* A very brief consultation is included in the first hypnosis transformation session for memory recall, self hypnosis and spiritual regression.
Hypnosis Transformation Session
Over a series of sessions, we will work together to discover the cause of your difficulties and/or physical symptoms and conditions, by discovering the underlying unhealthy thought and emotional patterns. We will then work to resolve them and build healthy thought and emotional patterns that allow you to meet your goal. Each hypnosis session is approximately 2 hours plus extra time to answer any questions and gain a better understanding.
An average of 3 to 4 hypnosis transformation sessions can resolve an emotional or behavioral challenge. For complex challenges, physical illness, disease and conditions, the number of sessions generally extend beyond 4 sessions. This we can determine as we progress in your healing needs.
Unfortunately, health insurance does not cover hypnosis at this time. For medically diagnosed mental or physical illness, disorder or disease, I will give you a Referral Form for your medical doctor to approve, sign and fax back to me, before we begin the hypnosis transformation work. If you would prefer, I can fax your doctor a Referral Form.

Ultra Height
Ultra Height is an advanced method of hypnosis that guides a person into a beautiful, wonderfully blissful and peaceful state of mind and body. It is a mental state where you can work directly with your higher mind and tap into expanded levels of awareness. This allows you to obtain greater knowledge, insight and wisdom to create emotional and physical healing.
Self Hypnosis
2-Part Session Cost: $200.00
For Self Hypnosis, I offer a 2-Part Session. The first part is about 1.5 to 2 hours long. First, you’ll learn how self hypnosis can help you to meet your goal, and then you'll begin conditioning your mind to move into self hypnosis, as well as practice moving into self hypnosis. We will schedule the second part of your session 5 to 7 days later. You will then learn how to give yourself suggestions to create the changes you desire for yourself. If you are interested I will also teach you Waking Trance. This second part is about 1 hour long, allowing extra time if choosing to also learn Waking Trance.
Past Life Regression
Session Cost: $200.00
